Have you ever seen someone that looked way younger than they were?

Or even worse, way older than they were?

Well, your skin, your mood, your energy, and all those things are actually affected by your body’s ability to adapt to stress.

See, the less aches and pains we have, the better we eat, and the more we make sure we focus on having a positive mental attitude.

All those things can be positive factors when it comes to your health.

One things we see is missed out on all the time.

In my office we talk about what we call the five pillars of health.

They’re eating well, sleeping well, moving well, having a positive mental attitude, and making sure that we adapt well — or the way I talk about it is the heath and function of your nervous system which controls your ability to adapt is functioning the way that it’s supposed to at the highest ability.
